Terms & Conditions
1. The guarantee period starts from the date that the original goods are received.
2. All guarantees are dependent upon regular care and maintenance.
3. If the property is sold, then the guarantee is transferred to the new homeowner.
4. If any defects are due to faulty manufacture, we will arrange to make good by repair or replacement at our discretion, between the hours of 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday excluding any public holidays or company shutdown periods.
5. Where a replacement item is required, an identical product will be sourced from the original manufacturer and used where possible. If an identical item cannot be sourced from the original manufacturer, then we will use an alternative product as recommended by the original manufacturer.
6. If a replacement item is supplied, the initial guarantee period will remain valid. The guarantee will not restart from when the replacement item is supplied.
7. If the original manufacturer has ceased to trade, the guarantee will become void.
8. An annual service from Caddy Windows is required to maintain the operation and longevity of the moving parts. If an annual service from Caddy Windows has not been carried out, then the guarantee period for moving parts is reduced to 12 months.
9. Any location that may be deemed as a hazardous condition i.e. marine, industrial environment etc, then the standard guarantee is not valid. If an alternative guarantee is not agreed prior to the placement of order, then the goods will be supplied without guarantee.
10. Any products purchased and not specified above will be guaranteed for 12 months from the date that the original goods are received.
11. The guarantee period for chrome, satin, gold, bronze, graphite and black door ironmongery is reduced to 12 months.

Exclusions
This guarantee does not cover:-
12. Any product damage caused by accident, neglect, misuse or general wear and tear.
13. Any glass damage or breakage.
14. Any direct loss, indirect loss or consequential loss arising for any reason in relation to any defects or faulty manufacture. No claims for compensation or costs of third-party contractors will be accepted for any reason.
15. Any fault or defect where notice has not been reported via www.caddywindows.co.uk/issue.
16. Any fault or defect that has not been reported within 14 days of noticing the fault or defect.
17. Any products supplied or installed outside of the United Kingdom.
18. Any product where full payment has not been received by Caddy Windows.

This guarantee is provided by Caddy Windows Ltd of 8 Enterprise Trade Centre, Hengrove Way, Bristol, BS4 1UN and it does not affect your statutory rights. To report any faults or defects, you must do so via www.caddywindows.co.uk/issue. Caddy Windows will respond to guarantee issues within the hours of 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday excluding any public holidays or company shutdown periods.
