Guarantees
At Caddy Windows, we guarantee every customer the same peace of mind with our free 10 year insurance backed guarantee as standard for every uPVC window and door installation to your home. On completion of your installation, we will provide you with your 10 year guarantee. Shortly after, you will receive your insurance backed certificate from GGFi which protects your guarantee in the unlikely event of us cease trading.
Our £1,000 Secure Guarantee
We pride ourselves on the security of our windows and doors. So much so that in the unlikely event of a possible break-in succeeding through the failure of our Pioneer Door Lock or Sac Shootbolt window lock we will reimburse the costs for the replacement product up to £500 and pay upto £500 towards any theft from the property.
All we require is the date and time of the break-in and a copy of the crime incident report. Full terms and conditions are available on request.
Our Insurances
In the unlikely event of damage to your property or injury caused by Caddy, we hold insurances to protect you for £5,000,000 public liability and £5,000,000 product liability. We also hold £10,000,000 employers liability insurance. We will happily forward copies of current insurance certificates on request.
